Answer: i have moved my account from the abbey in october to lloydstsb. in my opinion, abbey are not very friendly, definitely not helpful, and they do not have a call centre in the uk so are very difficult to speak to. i had my account with abbey for many years and they are getting worse so much that i cannot take them anymore.
